There is a new update to the eCert system from the 27th March 2025 which will integrate the ICC Invoice Legalisation Upload feature.

With this update, all uploaded invoices stamped with a QR code will be automatically included in the ICC legalisation upload. This enhancement will help simplify compliance requirements and improve the accuracy of legalised documents.

The QR code will be included on all digital documents (express documents). 

The ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) Verification Platform is a secure online platform for world customs authorities designed to verify the authenticity of certificates of origin, preferential origin claimed on the invoice declaration bearing the ICC Genesis certification and on invoice declarations certified by ICC. This is in accordance with international standards.

Through this platform you can scan the QR code of certificates of origin and invoices using a smartphone, webcam or by manually entering the details to verify your documents.
